This picture depicts facial nerves and major arteries, Parotid gland, on a self-portrait. There are six different types of facial nerves in humans. The facial nerve structure shown in this figure is one of the structures that many people have. Facial nerve stems begin to pass between the Stylomastoid foramen between the Styloid process and the Mastoid process. The Cervical branch of the External carotid artery is slightly hidden behind the Mandible.
