Idaho's state bird, Mountain Bluebird, and state flower, Syringa, combine for stamp design purposes. The Mountain Bluebird in Idaho was chosen as a theme for this stamp design because it is a symbol of hope and joy.

Based on the various movements of birds, the pose of the two birds that feel movement can form the circulation of the triangle in the figure.
